He focuses on technology strategy, supply chain optimization, end user adoption, change management, point solution integrations, data architecture and everything in between.  He tinkers a lot and loves getting to the root of solutions and challenges. 

Erica is a founding partner at the firm and is a champion of builders. The start of her career began in the counseling, mentoring and leadership training field with Universities and Colleges. A published author in peer reviewed journals she has deep experience in understanding the conditions of what makes people and enterprises thrive. This naturally led to a career and helping organizations transform and compete.

Erica focuses on organizational design and leadership development as well as the hard sciences of Supply Chain Optimization, Finance and Accounting Processes. A self taught coder she picked up Javascript later in life, along with the fundamentals of programming. She’s a master at developing, scaling and executing continual improvement programs in organizations.

Her enthusiasm for helping companies get stronger is infectious among the teams she leads and works with.

Anthony is a consultant at TrueNorthern. He began using ERP Applications years ago as a customer, working as a financial analyst. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge to deploy ERP applications across all types departments to serve multiple organizational functions, including accounting, operations, sales and customer service.

Anthony is a self taught Javascript specialist, the native language of many ERP applications Application Program Interface's(API). Using Javascript, he has created thousands of customized solutions to fulfill clients' specific processes and extend the platform.
